The position involves direct client communication, preparing pleadings and motions, reviewing and analyzing medical records, and participating in an interactive team with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. This is a fast-paced environment that offers excellent potential for career development.Compensation starts at $95,000 and is dependent on experience. This is a remote position, and candidates can live anywhere.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Represent clients in mass tort litigation, including research, case preparation, and trial representation.</li><li>Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.</li><li>Conduct extensive depositions as a questioner and an examiner of witnesses.</li><li>Develop and execute litigation strategies in collaboration with the internal team.</li><li>Engage in negotiation and settlement discussions with opposing counsel.</li><li>Maintain detailed case files and documentation to ensure thorough case management.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mass tort litigation or personal injury.</li><li>Proven track record in courtroom advocacy, including trial experience.</li><li>Strong writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive legal arguments.</li><li>Experience in taking and defending depositions.</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $95,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your desired compensation?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Deposition: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>Briefing: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Bar (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
