We are seeking experienced and service-focused Bartenders to join our team. This role is responsible for crafting quality beverages, delivering exceptional guest service, and contributing to a positive and energetic bar environment.

What we are looking for
<ul><li>Previous bartending experience, preferably in upscale or fine dining.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, wine, and premium spirits.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent teamwork and communication skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
</li></ul><ul><li>Flexible schedule helpful.
</li></ul><ul><li>Valid Food Handler Certificate required.
</li></ul><ul><li>Valid State Alcohol Server Certificate (TABC) required.
</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll do:
<ul><li>Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and consistency.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests seated at the bar and throughout the dining room when applicable.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Engage with guests to offer drink recommendations, describe flavor profiles, and suggest pairings with food.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Engage with guests to build bar business by fostering genuine connections, maintaining relationships with regulars, and creating an inviting and positive bar ambiance</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently; balance cash drawer as needed.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor alcohol consumption of guests and follow all TABC regulations for responsible service.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Stock and replenish bar inventory including spirits, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain product knowledge of wines, beers, and spirits, including origin, tasting notes, and pairings.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with bar setup and breakdown, including deep cleaning, restocking, and organizing supplies.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support team members and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Attend mandatory meetings and complete company-assigned training.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain uniform standards and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Adhere to a reliable work schedule and perform duties safely.</li></ul></div>
