Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Junior Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally and basic accounting principles to join our team at KISAN MART. The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain accurate records, and support the finance team in managing books and documentation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Enter daily purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries in Tally</li><li>Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records</li><li>Prepare and update ledgers, party accounts, and stock entries</li><li>Assist in preparing GST workings, invoice verification, and bank reconciliation</li><li>Support in filing documents, maintaining vouchers, and record management</li><li>Coordinate with vendors/customers for pending payments or clarifications</li><li>Assist senior accountant in monthly closing and financial reports</li><li>Ensure accuracy and timely updating of all accounting data</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime</li><li>Basic understanding of accounting principles</li><li>Good knowledge of bookkeeping and documentation</li><li>MS Excel (basic to intermediate level)</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good communication and time-management skills</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or any accounting-related course</li><li>0&ndash;2 years of experience (Freshers with Tally knowledge can apply)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
