Job title:- Food &amp; Beverage AssociateKey Responsibilities:1. Guest Service:- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.- Present menus and take food and beverage orders accurately.- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that orders are delivered as requested.- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.2. Food &amp; Beverage Handling:- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special offerings.- Upsell food and beverage items by making recommendations based on guest preferences.- Ensure that all food and beverages are served in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.- Assist with the preparation and setup of dining areas, including table settings and buffet arrangements.3. Operational Support:- Assist in the daily operations of the F&amp;B department, including inventory management and stock replenishment.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and storage spaces.- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system as needed.4.
