We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Interns to become an integral part of our growing team. This role requires a committed professional who is passionate about Human Resource Management and can handle a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee attendance, and general administration.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process &ndash; from understanding departmental requirements, sourcing candidates through job portals and referrals, screening applications, conducting interviews, to onboarding selected candidates.Employee Records &amp; Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation, both in hard and soft formats. Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data.Attendance &amp; Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance using biometric systems or software, manage leave applications, and ensure proper tracking and reporting.Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks including vendor coordination, office supplies, housekeeping, and ensure a well-functioning office environment.Policy Compliance &amp; HR Support: Ensure company HR policies are followed and keep the team updated on any changes. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
