As our Co-Counsel Administrator, you&rsquo;ll be the go-to person for managing our co-counsel referrals. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our Intake Manager and help keep everything on track&mdash;from opening cases to maintaining databases and making sure our partnerships run smoothly.
This is a full-time, entry-level role ideal for someone who&rsquo;s ready to grow in a professional legal environment.
 Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>
Tracking out-of-state and co-counsel leads</li><li>
Confirming fee split agreements</li><li>
Following up monthly on co-counsel cases</li><li>
Serving as the main point of contact for co-counsel reps</li><li>
Maintaining our referral network and contact database</li><li>
Opening and closing cases in our system (Litify)</li><li>
Supporting onboarding of new co-counsel firms</li><li>
Assisting with reporting and metrics</li><li>
Helping the Signups Department with case openings</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Requirements:

What You'll Need<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED</li><li>
Prior experience in a professional or office setting</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel</li><li>
Ability to multitask and stay organized</li><li>
Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM</li><li>
Reliable and punctual attendance</li></ul>
Bonus points if you have:<ul><li>
Experience with case management systems (Litify is a plus!)</li></ul>
Physical Requirements<ul><li>
Mostly desk work with a computer</li><li>
Occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs) and filing</li></ul>
