 About The Role
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate will be providing timely &amp; high quality asistance to high level executives.
 
 
 
 Role&amp;Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 S/he will manage daily calendars, set meetings and arrange daily agenda,
 </li>
 <li>
 Working closely with C level within daily or project based task and demands
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitating coordination between the C level and all functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing ad-hoc reports/analysis to C level, with collaboration of departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing BOD meeting slides and materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Following and managing company projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Make all travel arrangements,
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow all meetings, publish meeting notes and report
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare presentations and support responding e-mails
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain office filling system
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 5 years of proven experience as CEO Office manager, Project management experience is an asset
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from BA, Industrial Engineering, Social Sciences and Linguistic
 </li>
 <li>
 MS Office and English proficieny
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical approach and problem solving,
 </li>
 <li>
 A flexible approach to work, with an ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines,.
 </li>
