We are looking for Purchase Executive with 1 to 3 years experience in Purchase department.who can handle company purchasing activities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.</li></ul><ul><li>Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store and production departments for material requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.</li></ul><ul><li>Verify invoices and coordinate with accounts for payments.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role.</li></ul><ul><li>Good negotiation and communication skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of procurement software or ERP systems preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of raw material sourcing and vendor management.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Location: Sector : 25 Gandhinagar.(WFO)Salary : 18,000 to 25,000 on Experience &amp; Interview.Contact: 6352456869.Share CV on : HR@kiswahr.comJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
