<p>
Kitchen365 is looking for a highly motivated and strategic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and client acquisition in the North American (USA) market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B/SaaS sales, a deep understanding of buyer psychology, and proven expertise in end-to-end sales execution.</p>
<p>
This role involves complete ownership of the sales lifecycle-from lead generation to deal closure-while working closely with Marketing, Product, and UI/UX teams to strengthen go-to-market strategies, messaging, and customer experience.</p>

Key Responsibilities</b></h5>
<h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>1. Revenue Growth &amp; Client Acquisition</b></h5>
<ul><li>Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and new client acquisition targets.</li>
<li>Own leads end-to-end, from initial outreach to deal closure and client handover.</li>
<li>Build and maintain a strong, consistent sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.</li>
<li>Meet activity and performance benchmarks such as leads generated, meetings scheduled, proposals shared, and deals closed</li>
</ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>2. Sales Pitching &amp; Deal Closure</b></h5>
<ul><li>Design and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored for the North American audience.</li>
<li>Create, customize, and present high-impact sales pitch decks and PPTs aligned with Kitchen365&rsquo;s USPs.</li>
<li>Apply buyer psychology and consultative selling techniques to drive higher conversion rates.</li>
<li>Handle objections, negotiations, and pricing discussions with confidence.</li>
</ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>3. Product &amp; Market Understanding</b></h5>
<ul><li>Quickly gain in-depth knowledge of Kitchen365&rsquo;s products and services.</li>
<li>Clearly articulate features, benefits, and value propositions to different buyer personas.</li>
<li>Translate product capabilities into customer-centric business solutions.</li>
</ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>4. Lead Generation &amp; Outreach</b></h5>
<ul><li>Generate leads through multiple outbound and inbound channels, including:</li>
<li><ul><li>Email and lead-nurture campaigns</li>
<li>Cold calling</li>
<li>LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms</li>
<li>Google search and online prospecting</li>
<li>Lead generation tools, databases, and sales software</li>
</ul></li><li>Continuously test, optimize, and refine outreach strategies to improve conversions.</li>
</ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>5. Client Relationship Management &amp; Partnerships</b></h5>
<ul><li>Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients.</li>
<li>Develop and manage referral and strategic partnerships.</li>
<li>Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client pain points and business objectives.</li>
</ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>6. Competitive Intelligence &amp; Market Feedback</b></h5>
<ul><li>Track competitor offerings, pricing, positioning, and sales strategies.</li>
<li>Share actionable insights with Sales Management and Product teams on:</li>
<li><ul><li>Market trends</li>
<li>Customer feedback and pain points</li>
<li>Feature requests and improvement opportunities</li>
<li>New initiatives and product ideas</li>
</ul></li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>7. Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></h5>
<ul><li>Work closely with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.</li>
<li>Collaborate with UI/UX and Design teams to enhance sales collateral, pitch decks, and marketing materials.</li>
<li>Support trade shows, events, and other marketing initiatives as needed.</li>
</ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>8. CRM Management &amp; Reporting</b></h5>
<ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools such as Freshsales or similar platforms.</li>
<li>Ensure strong CRM hygiene and consistent tracking of leads, deals, and customer interactions.</li>
<li>Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including:</li>
<li><ul><li>Sales performance metrics</li>
<li>Funnel and conversion analysis</li>
<li>Activity and productivity reports</li>
</ul></li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Skills &amp; Competencies</b></h5>
<ul><li>Strong experience in B2B and SaaS sales</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</li>
<li>High proficiency in sales pitching and PPT creation</li>
<li>Deep understanding of buyer psychology and consultative selling</li>
<li>Proven ability in lead generation and outbound sales</li>
<li>Strong analytical and reporting skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high ownership</li>
<li>Fast learner with adaptability to new products, tools, and markets</li>
</ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Experience &amp; Qualifications</b></h5>
<ul><li>6+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management</li>
<li>Prior experience selling SaaS-based products is highly preferred</li>
<li>Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets</li>
<li>Experience selling to international markets (North America preferred)</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Freshsales, Salesforce, or similar</li></ul><br>
