We are looking for a courteous and efficient Waiter cum Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking and serving orders, managing billing, handling payments, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This role requires a friendly personality, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and seat customers in a polite and professional manner.</li><li>Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining service quality.</li><li>Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set up.</li><li>Handle billing, generate receipts, and process cash, card, or digital payments.</li><li>Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and prepare end-of-shift reports.</li><li>Address customer inquiries, complaints, or requests efficiently.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and cashier area.</li><li>Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Previous experience as a waiter and/or cashier in a restaurant is an advantage.</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Basic math and computer skills for billing and POS operations.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li><li>Neat appearance, punctual, and professional attitude.</li><li>Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
