Our team takes pride in turning visions into reality and providing an outstanding experience from start to finish.Position OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated Kitchen &amp; Bath Sales Associate with a strong passion for design to join our team in Winston Salem, NC. This role is perfect for a driven individual who excels at sales and bringing in new business and loves designing stunning and functional spaces. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment eager to pursue and secure new sales opportunities beyond showroom traffic and enjoys working with clients through all of the project phases. This position also requires hands-on project management, ensuring each project is executed to meet the client&rsquo;s vision from start to finish.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and community engagement.</li><li>Meet with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen and bath remodels.</li><li>Develop and present creative, functional, and visually appealing designs using 2020 Design software.</li><li>Guide clients through material selections, finishes, and layout options</li><li>Convert leads into sales by presenting compelling design solutions and clearly explaining the value of our services.</li><li>Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring the design vision is executed accurately and to the client&rsquo;s satisfaction.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of designs.</li><li>Conduct site visits and follow-ups throughout the project to maintain quality control and address any client concerns.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.</li><li>Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>A hunter mentality&mdash;someone who is proactive in driving sales, securing new clients, and generating leads.</li><li>Willingness to go out into the community, build relationships, and bring in new business.</li><li>Self-motivated, results-oriented, and goal-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Proven experience in kitchen and bath design AND sales (minimum 2 years preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.</li><li>Project management experience and the ability to oversee projects from concept to completion.</li><li>Knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and remodeling materials.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in 2020 Design software is preferred.</li></ul>Why Join Kitchen Vision NC, Inc.?✔ Unlimited earning potential with a competitive base salary + strong commission structure.✔ 401(k) with company match to invest in your future.✔ Paid Holidays &amp; Accrued PTO for work-life balance.✔ Life Insurance for added security and peace of mind.✔ Work in a collaborative, supportive team environment.✔ Access to top-tier products and design resources.✔ Be part of a company that values creativity, innovation, and customer satisfaction.How to ApplyIf you are a results-driven designer who is passionate about sales, design, and managing projects from start to finish, we want to hear from you!
