A strong planning and engineering department enables KITCO to offer consultancy service under one roof from concept to commissioning.Responsibility<ul><li>Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.</li><li>Assist in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Conduct legal research and prepare summaries/reports.</li><li>Coordinate with external legal counsel and authorities as required.</li><li>Support dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation matters.</li><li>Maintain records of contracts, licenses, and approvals.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.</li><li>0&ndash;2 years of relevant experience (internships in corporate/consultancy/law firms will be considered).</li><li>Enrollment with the Bar Council is preferred.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / TemporaryWork Location: In person
