A strong planning and engineering department enables KITCO to offer consultancy service under one roof from concept to commissioning.Key Responsibility&middot; Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.&middot; Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations.&middot; Ensure designs comply with industry standards, local regulations, and environmental guidelines.&middot; Oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.&middot; Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.&middot; Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.&middot; Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.&middot; Allocate tasks and provide technical guidance.&middot; Conduct regular progress meetings and report updates to senior management.&middot; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.&middot; Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.&middot; Liaise with government agencies for necessary approvals.&middot; Prepare project estimates and budgets.&middot; Monitor expenses and optimize resources to control costs.&middot; Approve materials and manage procurement processes.&middot; Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.&middot; Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and presentations.&middot; Communicate project updates to stakeholders.&middot; Address and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.&middot; Propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability.&middot; Implement best practices in civil engineering.Requirements&middot; Graduates/ Post Graduates in Civil Engineering with minimum 0-3 years of relevant work experience&middot; Experience in handling PWD/CPWD/Airport projects is desirable&middot; PMP certification is desirableJob Types: Full-time, Contractual / TemporaryWork Location: In person
