We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist/Executive to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to deliver measurable ROI through online advertising campaigns.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, create, and optimize paid D2C marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram), and other digital channels.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI and conversions.</li><li>Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and marketing objectives.</li></ul>Key RequirementsExperience:<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C brands.</li><li>Proven track record in running campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.</li></ul>Educational Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of D2C marketing strategies.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.</li><li>Ability to analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Strong understanding of KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversions.</li><li>Excellent communication and reporting skills.</li><li>Creative thinking with an ability to optimize ad campaigns effectively.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
