</div><div>We&rsquo;re looking for a <b>Manufacturing Engineer</b> to join our team - someone who can bring ideas to life, optimize processes, and ensure every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.</div>
<div>In this role, you&rsquo;ll lead cross-functional projects that connect design, production, and quality, helping our customers build technology that powers industries from medical and industrial to defense and communications.</div>
<div></div><div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div>
<div><b>Project Management &amp; Coordination</b></div>
<ul><li>Lead project production efforts to ensure completion on time, within scope, and on budget.</li>
<li>Partner with design, SMT, and production teams to resolve process and technical challenges.</li>
<li>Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans that align with business goals.</li>
<li>Communicate progress and updates to internal teams, vendors, and customers.</li>
<li>Supervise or mentor project team members to promote accountability and collaboration.</li>
</ul><div><b>Process &amp; Production Engineering</b></div>
<ul><li>Plan and optimize manufacturing methods and production sequences for PCB assembly, soldering, and testing.</li>
<li>Review specifications, work orders, and schedules to identify improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Analyze production data to enhance throughput, reduce waste, and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).</li>
<li>Apply Lean, Kaizen, and 5S principles to enhance efficiency and reliability.</li>
<li>Develop process documentation, time studies, and labor standards for improved resource use.</li>
</ul><div><b>Design &amp; Technical Engineering</b></div>
<ul><li>Perform engineering calculations to establish design, assembly, and testing standards.</li>
<li>Support New Product Introductions (NPI) and design for manufacturability (DFM) activities.</li>
<li>Review and update technical drawings, BOMs, and assembly specifications.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot design, materials, or process issues and recommend improvements.</li>
<li>Partner with design engineers to enhance product quality, yield, and manufacturability.</li>
</ul><div><b>Quality &amp; Compliance</b></div>
<ul><li>Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.</li>
<li>Inspect assemblies and installations for adherence to safety, design, and environmental standards.</li>
<li>Support audits and maintain documentation for process validation and control.</li>
<li>Uphold 5S workplace organization and continuous improvement practices.</li>
</ul><div><b>Cost Analysis &amp; Continuous Improvement</b></div>
<ul><li>Estimate labor, material, and tooling costs for projects and process changes.</li>
<li>Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives through improved process design or automation.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement projects that reduce cycle time and enhance yield.</li>
<li>Participate in capital project planning for new equipment and technology upgrades.</li>
</ul><div><b>Technical Systems &amp; Programming</b></div>
<ul><li>Program and maintain software for automated production and test equipment (SMT, AOI, ICT).</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and optimize programs to ensure quality and efficiency.</li>
<li>Maintain documentation for revisions and system updates.</li>
<li>Train operators and technicians on system use and functionality.</li>
<li>Support integration of MES and data-tracking systems for improved visibility.</li>
<li>Perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment.</li>
</ul><div><b>Professional Development &amp; Collaboration</b></div>
<ul><li>Stay current with advances in EMS technology, automation, and process improvement.</li>
<li>Participate in training, workshops, and professional development.</li>
<li>Collaborate across departments to strengthen team performance and innovation.</li>
<li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul><div><b>What You Bring</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).</li>
<li>Proficiency in CAD/CAM, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.</li>
<li>Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Prior experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment required.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of SMT processes, PCB assembly, and manufacturing standards.</li>
</ul>
