Job Title: Senior AccountantCompany: KIWI Kisan Window, Pvt. Ltd.Location: Dehradun, UttarakhandJob Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.</li><li>Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, MIS reports and profit &amp; loss reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and internal audit requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.</li><li>Monitor and improve internal controls to enhance financial integrity.</li><li>Handle payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.</li><li>Assist in financial planning, cash flow management, and cost control measures.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial operations.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experiences:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>, MBA (Finance) preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in accounting and finance.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial compliance.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Innovative Work Environment: Be part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and innovation.</li><li>Career Growth Opportunities: Enjoy professional development and opportunities for advancement.</li><li>Continuous Learning: Access tools, technologies, and resources to stay at the forefront of performance marketing.</li></ul>Who We Are:KIWI Kisan Window is a pioneering and innovative food brand dedicated to delivering the Healthy Unique Flavours of India to every household.
