Position Title: Executive Secretary / Office Coordinator Department: Administration &ndash; KJ Media Reports to: Executive DirectorRole PurposeTo provide administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director, ensuring smooth coordination of office operations, schedules, and personal logistics.
