<div><ul><li>Facilitate and managing action plans related to functional strategies within Warehouse Process Area.</li><li>
Strategic development of supply chain processes, tools and measures in collaboration with IT.</li><li>
Participate in global best practice/improvement projects and implementation of KK strategic initiatives.</li><li>
Document global training materials, templates instruction and instruct local super users.</li><li>
Research industry standards and best practices for supply chain planning processes.</li><li>
Change request, System setups, reporting etc.</li><li>
Drive implementation and deployment of best practice projects within scope of global community.</li><li>
Facilitate global community meetings &amp; workshops.</li><li>
Continuously improve execution of practices and methods based on overall KPI&rsquo;s &amp; process measures/dashboards.</li></ul>

<div><ul><li>Bachelor within Supply Chain Management or Operation Management.</li><li>
Years of Experience: 8 to 12 Years.</li><li>
Hands on experience in Manufacturing Unit (Warehouse and Production activity at same place not in Distribution centres).</li><li>
Deep Process Understanding within Functional Area.</li><li>
Microsoft D365 Super User/SAP- Warehouse Module.</li><li>
Organize and Lead Communities.</li><li>
Stakeholder management with High variety in Cultural and Business perspective.</li><li>
International Travel with respect to integration of logistics function.</li></ul>
