Employee Transport Management.</li><li>
Fire Protection &amp; Safety.</li><li>
Sustainability &amp; Energy Management.</li><li>
Vendor &amp; Contract Management.</li><li>
Facility Budgeting &amp; Cost Control.</li><li>
Technology &amp; Automation - Facility Management Systems (FMS) or IWMS for tracking assets, work orders, and space utilization.</li><li>
Monitoring and adhering to Statutory and Regulatory compliances.</li></ul>

Preventive maintenance compliance.</li><li>

Housekeeping and hygiene audit scores.</li><li>
Waste recycling rate and water conservation metrics.</li><li>
Vendor SLA adherence.</li><li>
Statutory and environmental compliance (zero non-conformances).</li><li>
Operational and property management skills.</li><li>
Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Team Management.</li><li>
Create and manage facility budget.</li><li>
Focus on team member growth.</li><li>
Time management.</li><li>
Basic computer skills - Database management, presentation software, social media skills, MS Office etc.</li></ul><div><b>
Qualification &amp; Experience:</b></div><ul><li>
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Civil Engineering<br>
8 to 10 years&rsquo; experience in Facility Management, preferably in Industrial premises.</li><li>
Knowledge of building systems, sustainability practices, transport logistics, and vendor management.</li><li>
Certification &amp; License: FMP or FMC professionals will be given preference.</li><li>
Communication:English &amp; a grip on the local language Kannada is mandatory.</li></ul>
