This role is a trusted operational partner who brings strong administrative depth, people-centered judgment, and systems thinking to operations, recruiting, and People &amp; Culture initiatives. This is not an entry-level administrative position. The ideal candidate has experience operating in complex, fast-moving environments and is comfortable exercising discretion, prioritization, and independent decision-making within defined boundaries. This role is based out of our Loveland, Colorado office.

<li>Collaborate fluidly across Operations, Recruiting, and People &amp; Culture, adapting communication style to different audiences.</li>

<li>Independently prioritize and manage multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining quality and consistency.</li>
</ul>
General Responsibilities-including, but not limited to:
Advanced Scheduling &amp; Interview Coordination
<ul><li>Own complex, high-volume scheduling across candidates, interview panels, executives, and internal teams</li>
<li>Maintain consistent, professional calendar standards across recruiting and operations workflows</li>
<li>Serve as a professional first point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders</li>
</ul><ul><li>Represent the organization with clarity, confidence, warmth, and discretion</li>
<li>Drive accurate, timely interview logistics with a strong focus on candidate experience</li>
<li>Proactively anticipate conflicts, adjust quickly to changes, and resolve scheduling issues before they escalate</li>
</ul>
People &amp; Culture Operations Support (Non-Sensitive)
<ul><li>Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics and people-process administration</li>
<li>Maintain accurate people-related trackers and operational data</li>
<li>Support engagement initiatives, internal communications, and culture-focused events</li>
</ul>
Office &amp; Business Operations
<ul><li>Oversee office supply and restocking with proactive planning of multiple offices.</li>
<li>Support a consistent, welcoming office experience for employees, candidates, and visitors</li>
<li>Assist with company events, meetings, and volunteer initiatives.</li>
<li>Support expense tracking, invoices, purchase orders, and operational projects.</li>
<li>Assist with SOP updates, audits, and project tracking.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Partner closely with Operations, Recruiting, and People &amp; Culture teams.</li>
<li>Provide coverage and continuity through cross-training.</li>
<li>Adapt to evolving processes and contribute practical improvement ideas.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills/Abilities:
<ul><li>Advanced Organizational Skill: Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, competing priorities, and interdependent workflows.</li>
<li>High Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy with names, dates, systems, and communications.
</li><li>Judgment &amp; Discretion: Experienced handling people-related information with professionalism and clear boundaries.
</li><li>Strong Written &amp; Verbal Communication: Comfortable drafting polished messages and interacting with senior leaders and candidates.
</li><li>Operational Ownership: Takes responsibility for outcomes, not just assigned tasks.
</li><li>Technology: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and comfort learning new tools and workflows.
</li><li>Reliability &amp; Accountability: Consistent follow-through, time management, and trustworthiness.
</li><li>Adaptability: Effective in changing environments with shifting priorities and timelines.</li>
<li>Dependable: Reliable and trustworthy, consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.</li>
<li>Team Player: Works collaboratively with executives, team members, and external partners, contributing to a cohesive and productive work environment.</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required; additional education or professional certifications preferred.
</li><li>Minimum 2-4 years of progressive administrative, operations, or coordination experience.
</li><li>Proven experience supporting complex scheduling, people-facing workflows, or recruiting operations.
</li><li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Forms).
</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License with reliable transportation supporting multi-office operations on the front range.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul><li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>
<li>Able to lift 20 lbs.</li>
</ul>

Salary: $24-28.50/hour
