As an Attorney with our firm, your responsibilities will include drafting various pleadings, motions, reports, and briefs, conducting legal research, conducting written discovery and depositions, preparation for, attendance at, and participation in trials, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, conducting client and witness interviews, providing competent legal representation to clients, and offering sound advice and guidance.Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolBar admission and good standing in either the state of Iowa, Nebraska, or South DakotaAbility to work in person at either the Sioux City or Sioux Center, Iowa office(s)Prior experience in personal injury litigation, insurance actions, workers&rsquo; compensation claims, family law matters, construction cases, municipal matters, employment law, business law, estate planning and administration, and/or real estate is preferred, but not required.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experience401(K) and generous matching after 12 consecutive months of employmentLong term disabilityEmployer covered fees for CLEs and subsequent bar admissionsHealth insurance with up to 100% employer paid insurance premiumsJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
