Compensation- $80,000 - $115,000 yearly, Base compensation, structured incentive, Bonus Plan, and Benefits.
Compensation:

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Represent clients in f hearings, mediations, and trials</li><li>
Draft motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and final orders</li><li>
Guide clients through complex legal and emotional situations</li><li>
Collaborate with paralegals and senior attorneys on case strategy</li><li>
Oversee case files, track progress, and manage deadlines</li><li>
Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Licensed to practice law in West Virginia</li><li>
Ability to build strong client relationships</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Confident and calm in high-pressure situations</li><li>
Empathetic and compassionate</li><li>
Willingness to work independently and collaborate as part of a team</li></ul>
