Our growing law firm is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who thrives on finding great talent and keeping the hiring process moving smoothly. In this role, you will help attract, screen, and coordinate candidates for a variety of roles across the firm, including attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative professionals.

Compensation:
$51,000 - $61,000 (Base including bonus)
Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates<ul><li>
Post job openings across job boards and recruiting platforms</li><li>
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and professional networks</li><li>
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles</li><li>
Develop relationships with law schools, internship programs, and recruiting partners</li></ul>
Screen and evaluate applicants<ul><li>
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates</li><li>
Conduct initial video screenings to assess qualifications and interest</li><li>
Present qualified candidates to hiring teams</li></ul>
Coordinate interviews<ul><li>
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams</li><li>
Ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process</li><li>
Communicate clearly with candidates about scheduling and next steps</li></ul>
Support the hiring process<ul><li>
Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment pipeline</li><li>
Coordinate with Operations and HR for reference checks and onboarding steps</li><li>
Assist in preparing and delivering offer letters once hiring decisions are made</li><li>
Help improve the recruiting process and candidate experience</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>At least 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience</li><li>
Experience recruiting in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus, but not required</li><li>
Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Premium/LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)</li><li>
Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple open roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously</li><li>
Professional discretion when handling confidential candidate information</li></ul>
