KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager &ndash; Accounts &amp; Finance to join our dynamic team at Corporate Office, Edappally.Position:Assistant Manager &ndash; Accounts &amp; FinanceQualification:<ul><li>M.Com / CA Intermediate (Preferred)</li><li>Strong academic foundation in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, and related areas</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Accounting &amp; Finance</li><li>Experience in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services sector will be an added advantage</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities</li><li>Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning</li><li>Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny</li><li>Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes</li><li>Support management with financial analyses and decision-making</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines</li><li>Supervise junior accounting staff and provide necessary guidance</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines with strong attention to detail</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Additional Preferences:</li><li>CA Intermediate candidates are highly preferred</li><li>Immediate joiners will be given priority</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested and eligible candidates can send their updated resume to: careers@klmaxiva.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
