Responsibilities:</b></p><ul>
<li><p>
Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to optimize performance for the Global Hotel and Car Rental business.</p></li>
<li><p>
Manage daily marketing operations, including campaign optimization and task execution via scalable tools and solutions.</p></li>
<li><p>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify datasets to assist with campaign automations</p></li>
<li><p>
Analyze data insights and lead test-and-learn initiatives to drive data-driven decision-making and business growth.</p></li>
<li><p>
Monitor and optimize campaigns to enhance online presence and booking conversions.</p></li>
<li><p>
Maintain awareness of industry trends and implement best practices for continuous performance improvement.</p></li>
</ul><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul>
<li><p>
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, or any other related disciplines.</p></li>
<li><p>
Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and SQL.</p></li>
<li><p>
Experience in data analysis and familiarity with tools like BigQuery (a plus).</p></li>
<li><p>
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.</p></li>
<li><p>
Excellent English communication skills.</p></li>
<li><p>
Demonstrated learning agility and a proactive approach to gaining new skills in marketing and SEM.</p></li>
