Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Lead Lean execution initiatives to improve production efficiency and eliminate waste.</li><li>
Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies aligned with operational needs.</li><li>
Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance process and product quality.</li><li>
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performance team that thrives in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Serve as a subject matter expert in bakery and manufacturing processes.</li><li>
Track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) in areas such as safety, quality, cost, and delivery.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with the General Manager to align facility vision and operational execution.</li><li>
Manage the entire operational value chain to ensure seamless production.</li></ul><p></p><div><b>
Performance Metrics</b></div><ul><li><b>
Safety:</b> Reduce near misses, lost time, and recordables.</li><li><b>
Quality:</b> Improve customer complaints, SQF compliance, and audit scores.</li><li><b>
Cost:</b> Minimize waste, overtime percentage, and material costs while driving efficiency.</li><li><b>
Delivery:</b> Achieve customer fulfillment and frozen attainment goals.</li><li><b>
Retention:</b> Enhance employee training and engagement to minimize turnover.</li></ul><p></p><div><b>

Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in food manufacturing management.</li><li>
Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred.</li><li>
