Weekend Schedule &amp; Pay</b></h3><p><b>
Friday, Saturday &amp; Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM</b></p><p>
Work <b>36 hours</b> and get paid for <b>40 hours</b> each week! Plus, earn a <b>weekend shift differential</b> while enjoying four days off every week.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You'll Do</b></h3><ul><li>
Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.</li><li>
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.</li><li>
Install, maintain, and repair machinery to support continuous production.</li><li>
Work with automated equipment, motors, sensors, controls, conveyors, and production systems.</li><li>
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and wiring diagrams.</li><li>
Inspect equipment and identify opportunities to prevent future breakdowns.</li><li>
Fabricate or repair parts using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machine tools as needed.</li><li>
Maintain building systems and assist with general facility maintenance.</li><li>
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.</li><li>
Help identify continuous improvement opportunities that increase safety and efficiency.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What We're Looking For</b></h3><ul><li>
Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or a related field <b>or</b></li><li>
Associate's degree or technical training in <b>Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, Automation,</b> or a related program.</li><li>
Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn.</li><li>
Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.</li><li>
Experience with PLCs, automation, or industrial controls is a plus but not required.</li><li>
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
