Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator / Business Analyst with 4&ndash;5 years of experience to support the delivery of IT and digital transformation projects, including self-service kiosk solutions and integrated systems.The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, with strong experience in requirement gathering, API integrations, and system testing. This role requires hands-on involvement in project coordination, documentation, and validation of technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis<ul><li>Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements</li><li>Prepare BRD, SRS, use cases, and process workflows</li><li>Perform gap analysis and propose optimized solutions</li><li>Translate business needs into clear technical requirements</li></ul>Project Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, and external vendors</li><li>Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables</li><li>Conduct regular project status meetings and follow-ups</li><li>Ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders</li></ul>API Integration &amp; Testing<ul><li>Understand and document API requirements and integration flows</li><li>Collaborate with developers on RESTful API integrations</li><li>Perform API testing using tools like Postman</li><li>Validate request/response structures, authentication, and error handling</li><li>Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate fixes with technical teams</li></ul>System Implementation &amp; Testing<ul><li>Support system implementation and configuration activities</li><li>Plan and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business users</li><li>Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and validation reports</li><li>Ensure all business requirements are met before go-live</li></ul>Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams</li><li>Communicate project progress, risks, and issues clearly</li><li>Ensure alignment between delivered solutions and business expectations</li></ul>Self-Service Kiosk Solutions<ul><li>Work on projects involving self-service kiosks across industries (banking, healthcare, government, retail, etc.)</li><li>Gather functional requirements for kiosk workflows (e.g., onboarding, transactions, service requests)</li><li>Coordinate hardware and software integration requirements</li></ul>Quality &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Identify areas for process optimization and system enhancements</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and version control of project artifacts</li><li>Support issue tracking and resolution during implementation</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of experience in IT Project Coordination / Business Analysis</li><li>Strong understanding of SDLC and project delivery lifecycle</li><li>Hands-on experience with API concepts (REST, JSON, authentication)</li><li>Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools</li><li>Strong documentation skills (BRD, SRS, workflows)</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in digital transformation or kiosk-based solutions</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies</li><li>Basic knowledge of SQL, integrations, or middleware systems</li><li>Exposure to UI/UX concepts and user journey mapping</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Analytical thinking</li><li>Problem-solving ability</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Strong coordination and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work on innovative digital and kiosk-based solutions</li><li>Exposure to multi-industry projects</li><li>Collaborative and fast-paced work environment</li><li>Career growth and learning opportunities</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: BD400.000 - BD600.000 per monthWork Location: In person
