Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support &amp; Troubleshooting<ul><li>Provide support for hardware, software, network, and application related issues</li><li>Diagnose and resolve technical problems including system configuration,</li></ul>account setup, and network connectivity<ul><li>Support Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments</li><li>Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to users</li><li>Support and maintain Self-Service Kiosk systems and related applications</li><li>Troubleshoot issues related to computer systems, mobile devices, and</li></ul>other IT equipmentIssue Management<ul><li>Identify root causes of issues through targeted troubleshooting</li><li>Track system issues through to resolution within defined SLA timelines</li><li>Escalate complex technical issues to development or infrastructure teams</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions</li><li>Prioritize and manage multiple support requests simultaneously</li></ul>Application &amp; Business Support<ul><li>Understand business requirements and coordinate with stakeholders</li><li>Work with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly</li></ul>communicated<ul><li>Support application testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and</li></ul>deployment<ul><li>Provide feedback to improve application stability and usability</li></ul>Customer &amp; Communication<ul><li>Guide users through troubleshooting steps via phone, email, or chat</li><li>Provide prompt and accurate updates to customers</li><li>Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients and internal</li></ul>teams<ul><li>Follow up with users to ensure systems are functioning properly after issue</li></ul>resolutionDocumentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Document technical knowledge, troubleshooting steps, and solutions</li><li>Prepare timely reports and system support documentation</li><li>Maintain internal knowledge bases and manuals</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>4&ndash;7 years of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, Help Desk, or</li></ul>similar roles<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or</li></ul>related field<ul><li>Strong experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems</li><li>Experience supporting enterprise applications and IT infrastructure</li><li>Experience supporting Self-Service Kiosk systems</li><li>Working knowledge of SQL and databases</li><li>Familiarity with remote desktop tools and help desk software (e.g.,</li></ul>Zendesk or similar)<ul><li>Good understanding of computer systems, networking, and mobile</li></ul>devices<ul><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Excellent communication and customer support skills</li><li>Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users</li></ul>Preferred Certifications<ul><li>Microsoft Certifications (MCSA / MCSE or equivalent)</li><li>Cisco Certifications (CCNA or equivalent)</li><li>Linux Certifications (RHCE / Linux+ or equivalent)</li></ul>Additional Requirements<ul><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment</li><li>Good command of spoken and written Englis</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: BD300.000 - BD600.000 per monthWork Location: In person
