We are seeking a highly reliable and adaptable Part-Time Floater Technician to provide crucial coverage and specialized cleaning support at Multiple Maryland locations. This role is perfect for a dedicated individual seeking flexible, impactful work.Key Responsibilities You will handle a diverse set of tasks that ensure our client facilities remain clean. Duties are varied based on site needs but include:<ul><li>Cleaning floors, (vacuuming, mopping)</li><li>Window washing (inside only),</li><li>Dusting furniture</li><li>cleaning restrooms</li><li>Pulling trash</li><li>Janitorial cleaning</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Ideal Qualifications <ul><li>While prior experience in janitorial or cleaning services is a plus, it is not necessary&mdash;we prioritize a strong work ethic and attention to detail.</li><li>A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.</li><li>Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is absolutely essential for this critical fill-in role.</li><li>Must be available as needed to work variable hours and shifts as needed</li><li>Must be able to perform physical duties, including standing, bending, and safely lifting up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings.</li></ul>If you are looking for excellent part-time pay and the variety of serving multiple commercial environments while guaranteeing essential reliability, apply to join the KMD team.
