 Administrative Assistant
 
 in
 
 Sault Ste. Marie at Renaissance of Bridge Village
 
 who is highly detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is self-motivated. Administrative Assistants are responsible for general correspondence, correspondence with owners and housing agencies, data entry, various reporting, providing support to a select portfolio, training and mentoring team members, and more. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills.
 
 
 
 You Have
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong email and telephone etiquette
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior administrative experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Property management experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Desire and eligibility to become a licensed Real Estate agent
