We import knives, manufacture knives, and dream about knives. We sell our products on Knafs.com, Amazon, Whatnot, and to 70-ish wholesale dealers worldwide. We operate on the core values of Dependable, Scrappy, Level Up, Kind, and Humble.The JobWe're looking for an operator to become our Integrator - the person who turns vision into reality, brings order to chaos, and makes the trains run on time. (Must love trains ;). The role is the right hand to the CEO. You'll own day-to-day operations, manage the P&amp;L, build scalable systems, and progressively take on more responsibility as you prove yourself and the business grows.This isn't a &quot;maintain what exists&quot; role. We need a master of leverage: AI tools, overseas talent, automation, better systems, creative solutions, bold ideas. You must be able to teach our team to work smarter. You'll have significant autonomy and potential to grow. This role will build an amazing team that turns creative energy into great products that deliver sustainable profitability.What You'll OwnRun the Operating System<ul><li>Lead our EOS (Traction) system: weekly Level 10 meetings, quarterly planning, and annual planning.</li><li>Hold the team accountable to metrics, goals, and commitments with clarity and kindness</li><li>Turn the CEO's vision into executable roadmaps, timelines, and measurable milestones.</li><li>Be the glue between Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales</li></ul>Own the Numbers<ul><li>Manage the P&amp;L with confidence - understand every line, control the levers, drive profitability.</li><li>Oversee bookkeeping, accounting, and Quickbooks Online.</li><li>Own cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting</li><li>Track KPIs, present financials that tell the story, and make data-driven decisions</li><li>Supervise product pricing strategy to protect margins while delivering customer value</li><li>Own gross margin, channel margin analysis, and product profitability&ndash; channel by channel and SKU by SKU</li></ul>Lead Operations<ul><li>Manage teams in supply chain, manufacturing coordination, inventory management, and fulfillment</li><li>Manage purchasing team to ensure we spend smart, stay in stock, and hit delivery timelines</li><li>Oversee and negotiate vendor relationships</li><li>Spot bottlenecks and fix them with smart systems</li><li>Plan for manufacturing and capacity expansions to scale with opportunities</li></ul>Build the Leverage Engine<ul><li>This is critical: We need someone who thinks &quot;how can we 10x output for 1/3 the cost?&quot;</li><li>Build and train overseas teams</li><li>Implement AI tools and automation to eliminate manual work</li><li>Teach the team how to delegate and elevate effectively</li><li>Create and maintain systems and SOPs to standardize the business</li></ul>Manage People &amp; Culture<ul><li>Mentor leaders across the organization and get the right people in the right seats</li><li>Protect and scale Knafs culture as we grow: Dependable, Scrappy, Level Up, Kind, Humble</li></ul>Who You AreMust-Haves<ul><li>5-7+ years in leadership in finance with potential emphasis in any of the following: products, ecommerce, retail, DTC, product line management, engineering, supply chain management or consumer goods</li><li>Strong financial literacy and love of numbers - comfortable in Quickbooks Online, owning a P&amp;L and balance sheet, forecasting, managing cash flow, and making data-driven decisions</li><li>Systems thinker - you see processes, build documentation, and create leverage through tools/people/automation/AI</li><li>Experience building remote or overseas teams - you've hired and managed VAs, contractors, or offshore talent successfully</li><li>Hands-on operator - you're not above rolling up your sleeves when needed, but you&rsquo;re a strong delegator</li><li>Excellent communicator - you can explain complex ideas simply and give feedback that helps people grow</li></ul>Notes: This is an on-site position in Clearfield, Utah. Neil Armstrong didn&rsquo;t walk on the Moon remotely.
