 Position Overview
 
 
 
 Responsible for understanding company data and advanced use of Business Intelligence (BI) tools to create, refine and publish reports, visualizations and dashboards. Acts as a liaison between users, developers and other data centric positions. Supports and maintains data warehouses and analytical environments.
 
 
 
 Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BI tools and Reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with technical teams on specifications and modifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide input on the prioritization of Data Engineering projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources
 </li>
 <li>
 Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with business units to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Support data analysis, data mining, and analytical environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide end‑user training and support on reports, dashboards and BI tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage user access and permissions for dashboards and reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Position Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with BI software (Tableau, Apache Superset, Power BI)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (SQL, Python, R, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and team collaboration skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuous improvement mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Machine Learning and Statistical Models is a plus
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Physical/Mental Requirements Needed to Perform the Essential Functions of the Position:
