 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing materials (GRN, issue slips, return slips, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor stock levels regularly and prepare material requisition to avoid shortages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain safe and orderly storage of materials, ensuring protection from damage, loss, or theft.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and project managers regarding material requirements and delivery schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain records of tools, consumables, and equipment issued to staff/contractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and ensure timely usage of materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and submit regular stock reports, consumption reports, and balance statements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during store operations
 </li>
 <li>
 People management, leadership skills and leading by examples
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of storekeeping and inventory management practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with SAP software-based material management systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and coordination skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Having knowledge of CI, RCA, 5S,Lean, Six sigma etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Winning and convincing attitude, Motivator

 Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus

 Conducting quality checks for incoming material etc.

 Keeping the record of QC,MSDS and follow Knauf standards

 Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Materials Management / Supply Chain)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of at least 10-15 years&rsquo; professional experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in handling construction materials, raw material like paper, other chemicals, tools, and equipment preferred.
