What you&rsquo;ll be doing:
1. Safety and Compliance:
&Oslash; Ensure all logistics and dispatch activities, including loading, unloading, and transportation, comply with local and international regulations.
&Oslash; Implement and enforce safety measures to protect workers and goods during handling and transportation.
&Oslash; Conduct regular training sessions for staff and transporters on safe handling practices and emergency procedures.
&Oslash; Regularly inspect vehicles, equipment, and loading/unloading areas to ensure they meet safety standards and are in proper working condition.
&Oslash; Maintain accurate records of safety checks, audits, and incidents to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
2. Logistics &amp; Dispatch Operations:
&Oslash; Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods from production facilities to customers or warehouses.
&Oslash; Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.
&Oslash; Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts.
&Oslash; Oversee daily dispatch activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.
&Oslash; Monitor dispatch schedules and address any delays or issues promptly.
3. MIS &amp; Documentations:
&Oslash; Ensure all shipments have proper documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and compliance certificates.
&Oslash; Prepare Export and Commercial documents required for the supply process.
&Oslash; Coordinate with vendors to collect freight bills and send them to the finance team for payment processing.
&Oslash; Maintain daily and weekly MIS or trackers and share updates with management.
&Oslash; Close the Customer Complaint on time and arrange the Credit Note. 
4. Inventory and Warehouse management:
&Oslash; Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient stock management.
&Oslash; Implement systems to track and report inventory movements.
&Oslash; Ensure that the inventory is effectively managed, avoiding shortages or overstocking.
&Oslash; Ensure strict adherence to the FIFO principle for Finished Goods Stock (FGS) and trading items.
&Oslash; Maintain the inventory of packing materials to ensure adequate stock levels as per operational requirements.
5. Team Leadership:
&Oslash; Supervise and train logistics and dispatch staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.
&Oslash; Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
&Oslash; Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, costs, and key metrics.
&Oslash; Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
7. Key Competencies:
&Oslash; Manpower Handling: Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise and motivate teams.
&Oslash; Customer Handling: Proficient in managing customer relationships with a focus on delivering excellent service and resolving issues efficiently.
&Oslash; Material Handling: In-depth knowledge of inventory processes and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth material flow and stock accuracy.
&Oslash; Transporter Handling: Skilled in managing relationships with transporters, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery, and resolving logistical challenges to maintain smooth operations and cost efficiency.
&Oslash; Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capable of performing effectively in high-pressure environments while meeting tight deadlines.

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, B-COM, or a related field (any Graduation).
3-6 years of experience in Logistics, Dispatch, or Supply Chain Management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

What you&rsquo;ll be doing:<ul><li>
Ensuring in accordance with the corporate/regional guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the company HSE Systems,</li><li>
Monitoring the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and providing for their updating in line with changes in legislation and company directives,</li><li>
Providing motivation and familiarization of all company personnel respecting the importance of complying with company system procedures and all safety equipment provided,</li><li>
Safety audit on site, instruction and training the company and contractor staffs,</li><li>
Conducting HSE trainings, meetings and &ldquo;TOOL BOX&rdquo; talks,</li><li>
Reviewing employee safety programs to determine their adequacy,</li><li>
Defining company management any need of special emergency, rescue, safety and fire protection / firefighting systems and necessary training,</li><li>
Supporting company safety, environmental and quality policies and programs,</li><li>
Providing technical and professional proposals and advising to protect company property and personnel,</li><li>
Preparing annual HSE objectives and action plan,</li><li>
Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly inspection and monitoring all activities and facilities,</li><li>
Recommending process and product safety features that will reduce employees' exposure to chemical, physical, and biological work hazards,</li><li>
Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and targeting zero accident.</li><li>
Determining annual plant safety investment budget items and providing to achieve 100% completion rate within the year.</li><li>
Leading the implementation of LOTO activities in accordance with global standards.</li></ul>

Minimum 10 years proven experience in people management,</li><li>
Having Environment Officer Certificate from Ministry of Environment,</li><li>
Preferred B Class Safety Specialist Certificate,</li><li>
Preferably having ISO 9001, ISO 18001, ISO 14001 certificates,</li><li>
Having NEBOSH General Certificate is a plus,</li><li>
Excellent command of English,</li><li>
Good knowledge of QDMS &amp; Microsoft Office,</li><li>
Effective communication and interpersonal skills,</li><li>
Strong presentation and project management skills,</li><li>
Decision-making and result-oriented,</li><li>
High cooperation and persuasion skills,</li><li>
Residency in Ankara,</li><li>
No restriction for travel.</li></ul>
