Knee Deep Tempe is looking for someone who can host the shop on busy weekends while capturing fun, natural content that highlights our store and our community.You should be comfortable talking on camera, coming up with simple mini series that feel organic, grabbing quick clips around the shop, editing strong hooks in CapCut, posting high engagement content, and helping customers feel excited about what they&rsquo;re trying on. Think of it as being the friendly face of the store for anyone walking in or scrolling by.What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>Welcome customers and help them find pieces they feel amazing in</li><li>Film in store TikToks and IG content</li><li>Snap photos of new arrivals and try ons</li><li>Keep the store looking cute and organized</li><li>Help with dressing rooms, POS, and general weekend flow</li><li>Bring fresh ideas for content, displays, and quick trends we can jump on</li></ul>What we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul><li>Someone reliable who enjoys busy weekends</li><li>A friendly, casual, confident vibe on camera</li><li>An eye for trends, styling, and color</li><li>Someone who likes creating on the fly</li><li>A team player who&rsquo;s down to help wherever needed</li></ul>Perks:<ul><li>A generous employee discount</li><li>First look at new arrivals</li><li>A fun, women owned, locally rooted environment</li><li>Real experience in content creation, retail branding, and trend storytelling</li></ul>If this sounds like your kind of space, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.
