We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated Marketing Manager with substantial experience in the following areas related to both marketing and client acquisition:<ul><li>
Budget Oversight: Manage and oversee marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.</li><li>
Campaign Development: Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns that align with the goals of Knight Law.</li><li>
Material Creation: Develop marketing materials that effectively communicate the firm&rsquo;s services and values.</li><li>
Service Sustainability: Create and sustain marketing strategies for services offered by the firm.</li><li>
Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.</li><li>
Project Management: Coordinate and drive multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.</li><li>
Team Leadership: Direct the work of team members through effective communication, project planning, and task management.</li><li>
Data Analysis: Compile and analyze data for statistical insights, compatibility assessments, risk identification, and complex problem-solving.</li><li>
Media Expertise: Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of various marketing media, including print, broadcast, and digital platforms.</li></ul><ul><li>
Social media management including:<ul><li>
Content creation: Developing content to grow and engage our audience</li><li>
Scheduling and posting: Creating a schedule for when to post content</li><li>
Audience engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build relationships with followers</li><li>
Social listening: Monitoring what users say about a brand or competitors</li><li>
Analytics and Monitoring: Measuring the performance of content and posts</li><li>
Social media advertising: Develop and execute paid social media strategies</li><li>
Strategy development: Create and implement strategies to increase followers and brand awareness</li><li>
Community management: Grow a community and collaborate with influencers</li></ul></li><li>
Search Engine Optimization:<ul><li>
Utilize SEO best practices to optimize Knight Law&rsquo;s website's technical configuration, content relevance and link popularity so its pages can become easily searchable, more relevant and popular towards user search queries.</li><li>
Insure that the use of relevant keywords in titles, meta descriptions, and headlines (H1), are featuring descriptive URLs with keywords rather than strings of numbers, and schema markup to specify the page's content meaning.</li></ul></li></ul>
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 8 years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role or similar position.
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Industry Background: Experience in the legal profession is highly desirable; candidates with a background in similar professional services will also be considered.
Brand Development: Proven track record of enhancing brand visibility, reach, and sales through effective marketing strategies.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and report on marketing performance metrics.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SEO and social media platform management; proficient in MS Office.
Business Acumen: Solid grasp of business practices and fundamental project management methodologies.
CRM Experience: Salesforce CRM experience is strongly preferred; familiarity with other CRM systems will be considered.
Data Collection: Adequate knowledge of data collection methods and process improvement theories and practices.
Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; understanding of methodologies to engage Spanish-speaking clients is advantageous.
Work Environment: This role is full time, onsite in our Century City headquarters.

Own and scale a modern, full&#8209;funnel growth engine&mdash;equal parts brand, media, and analytics. You&rsquo;ll lead strategy, team, channels, and partners across traditional and digital. You know how to turn insight into world&#8209;class creative AND you&rsquo;re relentless about the numbers&mdash;CAC, LTV, speed&#8209;to&#8209;lead, and conversion at every step from impression to signed retainer.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Brand platform &amp; storytelling: Define positioning, promise, and voice that earn trust with multi&#8209;ethnic audiences across California; build a brand that is both inspirational and action&#8209;oriented.</li>
Full&#8209;funnel ownership: Architect and optimize awareness consideration lead intake qualification consultation<li> signed retainer. Set KPIs, targets, and instrumentation for each stage.</li><li>

Programmatic (DSPs): Hands-on planning/buying in DV360/The Trade Desk across open exchange, PMP/PG, CTV and programmatic DOOH; audience strategy (1P, lookalikes, contextual), frequency management, and supply-path optimization (SPO).</li><li>
Brand safety &amp; quality: Viewability, fraud control, and suitability via IAS/DoubleVerify/Moat; allowlists/blocklists; strict localization for multi-ethnic reach.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>

DCO &amp; creative ops: Dynamic Creative Optimization, rapid variant testing (video/UGC/Shorts/CTV spots), rotation rules, and pre-flight compliance QA.</li><li>
Landing-page engine: Templated LPs with feed-based content, instant load, click-to-call, and bilingual toggles; rigorous A/B testing tied to retainer-level outcomes.</li></ul></li><li>
Web &amp; CRO: Own the web/landing experience end&#8209;to&#8209;end; improve page speed, UX, forms, offers, trust elements; reduce friction and drop&#8209;off.</li><li>
Intake &amp; speed&#8209;to&#8209;lead: Partner with Intake/Call Center to tighten lead routing, QA, and agent performance; drive response&#8209;time SLAs and connect marketing signals to outcomes.</li>
Attribution &amp; analytics:Implement the data stack (GA4, ad platforms, call tracking, CDP/CRM, BI). Attribute offline/online, TV/CTV lift, creator/podcast impact (e.g., promo codes, vanity URLs, PodSights/Chartable), and make decisions with clean data.
Conversion plumbing: Server-side tagging, Google Enhanced Conversions/Offline Conversion Import, Meta CAPI, call-tracking to CRM; dedupe logic and identity resolution to tie media<li><ul><li> signed retainer.</li><li>
Incrementality &amp; modeling: Weekly budget re-allocation using MMM + geo/matched-market lift tests for TV/CTV/OOH/DOOH; creator/podcast code/URL reconciliation.</li><li>
Cookieless readiness: Consent Mode, first-party data strategy, clean-room or publisher IDs for durable targeting.</li></ul></li><li>
Community &amp; partnerships: Build presence where our clients live and work, including multilingual media, community orgs, creators, events, and grassroots outreach.</li><li>

Candidate Profile<ul><li>
10+ years across brand, growth, and media with proven ability to scale from obscurity to household&#8209;name awareness.</li><li>
Cross&#8209;channel mastery across traditional (TV/Radio/OOH/OTT&#8209;CTV) and digital (Search, Social, Programmatic/Video, SEO/Content, Lifecycle/CRM).</li><li>
Built or led marketing at the agency level or tech or tech&#8209;enabled commerce brands; experience with household&#8209;name growth environments</li><li>
Can demonstrate success owning large, multi&#8209;million&#8209;dollar budgets and hitting aggressive growth and efficiency targets.</li><li>
Led high&#8209;impact creative (video, social, UGC/influencer) from insight to ship; comfortable driving both brand lift and direct response.</li><li>
Built and scaled teams and agency ecosystems; known for clear goals, feedback, and accountability.</li><li>
Cultural competence: Demonstrated skill in community listening, creative testing across languages, and message QA with native speakers; multilingual experience (e.g., Spanish) is a plus.</li><li>
Success growing service businesses with complex funnels and compliance considerations.</li>
