Knightscope is seeking a highly motivated, ultra-organized, and discreet A+ Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our Executive Vice Presidents. You will be the gatekeeper and force-multiplier for top-level leaders in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate is not just an expert in calendars and travel, but a proactive thinker, a master of communication, and someone who thrives under pressure with poise and precision. You&rsquo;ll anticipate needs, manage high volumes of information, and act as a seamless extension of our leadership team. Most importantly, you understand how to protect executive bandwidth&mdash;ensuring priorities are focused on high-impact work.

We&rsquo;re looking for someone who is fiercely reliable, exceptionally detail-oriented, naturally discreet, and hungry to contribute to a meaningful mission. You&rsquo;ll need to be technologically fluent and comfortable using (and helping to introduce) modern tools, including generative AI, to drive productivity and efficiency. 
Core Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Manage complex calendars, scheduling, meeting logistics, and prioritization for multiple EVPs</li>
<li>Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and communications with utmost discretion</li>
<li>Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries, including international trips</li>
<li>Draft emails, memos, presentations, and reports on behalf of the EVPs</li>
<li>Proactively manage follow-ups, reminders, and deadlines</li>
<li>Facilitate smooth internal and external communications, acting as liaison with key stakeholders</li>
<li>Organize and support executive offsites, board meetings, and high-stakes events</li>
<li>Exercise sound judgment to make decisions on behalf of executives when appropriate, including prioritizing requests and resolving conflicts without constant oversight.</li>
<li>Maintain strict adherence to security protocols for data handling, access control, and executive communications; familiarity with basic cybersecurity principles is a plus.</li>
<li>Prepare materials for board meetings and investor presentations; manage logistics and communications with external stakeholders such as investors, analysts, and legal advisors.</li>
<li>Must be available for after-hours coordination and urgent requests; flexibility is essential due to the nature of executive schedules and potential travel or investor demands.</li>
<li>Build and improve systems that make executive operations more efficient and scalable</li>
<li>Stay one step ahead&mdash;anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and remove friction</li></ul> 


Requirements
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience supporting C-level or EVP-level executives in a dynamic environment</li>
<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency with Office365 tools (Word, Excel, Power point, Zoom, etc.)</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential material</li>
<li>High emotional intelligence and professional maturity</li>
<li>Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and initiative under pressure</li>
<li>Proven track record of building systems, streamlining workflows, and handling ambiguity</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities with grace and speed</li></ul> 


Bonus Points / Nice-to-Have Skills

<li>Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously</li>
<li>Background in technology, robotics, or high-growth startup environments</li>
<li>Demonstrated use of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) to enhance productivity, automate workflows, or assist with communication and content creation</li>
<li>Experience coordinating across different time zones and international travel</li>
<li>Prior exposure to board-level reporting or investor communications</li></ul>
