Job Summary

The RTX/KNOC Specialist is a cross-trained role supporting four departments: RTX (Risk and Threat Exposure), KNOC (Knightscope Network Operations Center), Deployment, and Service. This position serves as a flexible operational resource, ensuring continuity by providing PTO coverage across all four departments. The Specialist also contributes to cross-functional projects involving data collection, analysis, and application in support of RTX, KNOC, Service, and Deployment operations. 


Key Responsibilities

PTO Coverage &amp; Department Support
<ul>
<li>Serve as a trained backup for both RTX and KNOC department functions during scheduled and unscheduled absences.</li>
<li>Maintain proficiency in RTX and KNOC workflows, tools, and procedures to ensure seamless operational coverage.</li>
<li>Coordinate with department supervisors to prioritize and schedule coverage assignments effectively.</li></ul> 


Project Work
<ul>
<li>Support active projects across RTX, KNOC, Service, and Deployment departments when not assigned to coverage duties.</li>
<li>Perform data collection activities including gathering operational metrics, system data, and performance indicators.</li>
<li>Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.</li>
<li>Apply analytical findings to support operational decisions, project deliverables, and departmental initiatives.</li>
<li>Document project progress, findings, and outcomes in accordance with departmental standards.</li>
<li>Provide reports upon request.</li></ul> 


Collaboration &amp; Communication
<ul>
<li>Work closely with RTX, KNOC, Service, and Deployment team members to understand project requirements and priorities.</li>
<li>Communicate availability and project status regularly to supervisors and team leads.</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings, briefings, and cross-departmental planning sessions as needed.</li></ul> 


Required Qualifications

<li>Prior experience in network operations, technical support, or a related field.</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux systems, networking, and distributed systems</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to learn multiple operational roles and adapt quickly to changing priorities.</li>
<li>Proficiency in data collection methodologies and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, reporting platforms).</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across concurrent assignments.</li>

Job Summary

Knightscope is hiring an Investor Relations Manager to lead the Company&rsquo;s day-to-day investor relations program and build a deeper, more diversified institutional shareholder base. This role sits within Knightscope&rsquo;s fully integrated External Relations Team &mdash; a single, unified function spanning Client Relations, Media Relations, Investor Relations, Government Relations, and Employee Relations &mdash; working directly with the Founder, Chairman and CEO. The Investor Relations Manager owns institutional targeting, non-deal roadshows, the conference calendar, and the architecture of investor-facing events including quarterly earnings, investor days, and analyst engagement. The Investor Relations Manager will play a central role in advancing Knightscope&rsquo;s repositioning from a robotics company to a premium Managed Security Services Provider as the Company executes toward its long-term financial objectives. 
About the Role

This is a hands-on, executive-adjacent role for an experienced investor relations operator who has personally helped a public company build institutional ownership through the micro-cap-to-small-cap transition. You will partner directly with the CEO and CFO on capital markets strategy, run the Company&rsquo;s targeting program across dedicated micro-cap funds, family offices, thematic investors, and small-cap generalists, and own the IR function&rsquo;s content engine alongside the integrated External Relations team. You will manage existing analyst coverage, expand it, and translate the Autonomous Security Force narrative into the kind of institutional-grade materials and one-on-one meeting fluency that buy-side portfolio managers expect. This role is fully on-site at Knightscope Headquarters (KHQ) in Sunnyvale, CA, with a minimum 40-hour work week, in close working proximity to the executive team. Expect periodic travel to investor conferences, non-deal roadshow cities, and on-site investor events. You will operate inside an integrated External Relations Team rather than a traditional siloed IR function, giving you the opportunity to collaborate across Client, Media, Government, and Employee Relations and to grow your craft beyond pure investor-facing work. 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Build and execute a comprehensive institutional targeting program across dedicated micro-cap and small-cap funds, family offices, thematic investors, and high-conviction generalists.</li>
<li>Plan, schedule, and run non-deal roadshows in New York, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and other capital markets hubs.</li>
<li>Own the investor conference calendar, including Planet MicroCap Showcase, LD Micro, Sidoti, ROTH, H.C. Wainwright Global Investment Conference, and other relevant venues.</li>
<li>Architect and manage quarterly earnings logistics, including script preparation, Q&amp;A prep, conference call execution, and post-call follow-up.</li>
<li>Lead end-to-end planning of the investor days, including agenda, audience curation, presentation development, and on-site execution alongside the CEO and CFO.</li>
<li>Manage relationships with current and prospective sell-side analysts, brokerage firms, and conference organizers; facilitate management access and information flow within Reg FD.</li>
<li>Maintain and continuously improve investor-facing materials, including the investor presentation, IR website, fact sheet, and earnings deck, ensuring full consistency with public disclosures.</li>
<li>Track and report institutional ownership trends using 13F filings, NASDAQ Equity Surveillance / Monthly Ownership Analysis intra-quarter updates, and other ownership-intelligence platforms.</li>
<li>Respond to inbound investor inquiries with accuracy, speed, and Reg FD discipline.</li>
<li>Partner with the Communications Manager and the Content Creator to translate the Autonomous Security Force narrative, founder podcast, and engineering bench into evergreen investor-relevant content.</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with the CFO, legal counsel, bankers and external advisors on disclosure timing, quiet period management, Form 4 filings, and ATM administration.</li>
<li>Adhere to disclosure, confidentiality, and communications guidelines appropriate for a publicly traded company.</li></ul> 


Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>5+ years of investor relations, sell-side equity research, or institutional buy-side experience, ideally with at least one cycle inside a public company.</li>
<li>Demonstrable track record of growing institutional ownership at a publicly traded company, with specific examples of target lists built, fund relationships developed, and measurable ownership outcomes delivered.</li>
<li>Direct working knowledge of SEC reporting cadence (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), Reg FD, Section 17(b), Form 4, 13F, quiet periods, and ATM mechanics.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with NASDAQ IR Insight (Investors &amp; Outreach Module) and NASDAQ&rsquo;s Equity Surveillance / Monthly Ownership Analysis programs. Comparable platform experience (Bloomberg, Ipreo/IHS Markit, S&amp;P Global, Q4) is also valued.</li>
<li>Working relationships with dedicated micro-cap and small-cap fund managers, sell-side analysts, and institutional coverage banks.</li>
<li>Sharp writing, presentation, and one-on-one meeting fluency, with the ability to engage portfolio managers, analysts, and retail investors with equal facility.</li>
<li>Comfort with disclosure-controlled environments and a track record of clean disclosure discipline.</li>
<li>Series 7, Series 63, or CFA designation is a plus; none are required.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; finance, economics, accounting, or related field preferred. MBA a plus.</li>
<li>Willingness and availability to travel as required for investor conferences and non-deal roadshows.</li>
<li>Willingness and availability to work a minimum 40-hour week on-site at KHQ in Sunnyvale, CA.</li>
<li>Ability to pass a standard background check, consistent with Knightscope&rsquo;s operating environment as a security technology company.</li>

Knightscope is hiring a Content Creator to produce fresh, on-brand content that advances Knightscope&rsquo;s brand and the nation&rsquo;s first Autonomous Security Force (ASF) narrative across every major digital channel. Reporting to the Senior Creative Director, this role owns day-to-day content production for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. This role will also establish a live streaming presence on Twitch and other emerging platforms. The Content Creator will play a visible role in repositioning Knightscope from a robotics company to a premium Managed Security Services Provider, supporting the company&rsquo;s marketing priorities including a new Podcast Studio One, website overhaul, and flagship industry events. 
About the Role

This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role for a digital storyteller who thrives on the full content lifecycle &ndash; from concept and script to shoot, edit, publish, and analyze. You will be the creative engine behind the ASF brand story: writing sharp social copy, cutting short-form vertical video for TikTok and Reels, producing long-form content for YouTube and the forthcoming audio/video Podcast Studio One, and operating live streams from Knightscope HQ and from the road. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Senior Creative Director and cross-functionally with the executive, sales, and investor relations teams to translate Knightscope&rsquo;s mission into content that resonates with enterprise security buyers, industry operators, investors, and the broader public. Travel is a core part of this role: expect 6&ndash;10 trips per year, in-state and out-of-state, to trade shows, client events, and investor-facing engagements, all expenses paid. This role is fully on-site at Knightscope HQ in Sunnyvale, CA, with a minimum 40-hour work week.

Required Qualifications

<li>2&ndash;4 years of hands-on content creation experience in an agency, in-house brand, creator-economy, or comparable role, with a portfolio of published work and demonstrated account or channel growth.</li>
<li>Platform-native fluency across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, including an understanding of algorithmic behavior, post formats, and audience dynamics unique to each channel.</li>
<li>End-to-end video production skills, including shooting with mirrorless cameras, basic lighting and audio capture, and professional editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.</li>
<li>Proficiency with short-form vertical editing tools such as CapCut, and working knowledge of motion-graphics basics in Adobe After Effects or Premiere-native templates.</li>
<li>Hands-on live-streaming experience with OBS Studio, Streamlabs, or similar, including scene construction, audio routing, overlays, and multi-platform simulcasting via tools such as Restream or StreamYard.</li>
<li>Working proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and with production-grade template tools such as Canva Pro or Figma for volume asset creation.</li>
<li>Strong copywriting and scriptwriting skills, with demonstrated ability to adopt and sustain a specific brand voice across posts, videos, and long-form content.</li>
<li>Experience with native platform analytics, Google Analytics 4, UTM tracking, and a social-management platform such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, or Buffer.</li>
<li>Comfort working with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Descript, ElevenLabs, or equivalents) to accelerate drafting, editing, and ideation while maintaining editorial quality.</li>
