Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, adjust, service, and repair the following machines:<ul><li>Single Needle Machine</li><li>Double Needle Machine</li><li>Flat Lock Machine</li><li>Overlock Machine</li><li>Heat Transfer Machine</li><li>Tape Cutting Machine</li><li>Kansai Machine</li></ul>Perform preventive maintenance to avoid unplanned downtime.Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with machinery and implement effective solutions.Ensure all machines are operating at optimal performance and safety standards.Replace worn or defective parts, such as gears, needles, loopers, knives, motors, or belts.Maintain detailed service and repair records for each machine.Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Sewing Machine Mechanic

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform continuous inline inspection at various points in the stitching process.</li><li>Check stitching quality, seam strength, garment measurements, trims, and overall workmanship.</li><li>Ensure each sewing operation is completed correctly according to approved specifications.</li><li>Inspect the first output piece of each operation (First Piece Approval &ndash; FPA).</li><li>Verify that the piece meets all construction, measurement, and aesthetic standards.</li><li>Approve or reject based on quality benchmarks and communicate issues to supervisors immediately.</li><li>Ensure that stitching is done as per approved samples, tech packs, and buyer standards.</li><li>Identify and classify defects as minor, major, or critical.</li><li>Tag defective pieces and inform the line supervisor for immediate action or rework.</li></ul>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years experience in quality control in garment manufacturing, preferably in nightwearSkills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of stitching techniques and garment construction</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
