We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Consultant to lead and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of strategic and hands-on experience in content planning, audience engagement, analytics, and brand building.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy.</li><li>Manage and grow platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.</li><li>Coordinate and produce high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, stories, blogs).</li><li>Track, analyze, and report performance metrics and optimize strategy accordingly.</li><li>Handle community engagement, respond to queries, and strengthen online presence.</li><li>Support campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand initiatives.</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; Skills<ul><li>4+ years of proven experience managing social media for brands or agencies.</li><li>Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content trends, and audience insights.</li><li>Proficiency with Canva and social media management tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).</li><li>Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience running paid ads (Meta/LinkedIn).</li><li>Basic video editing skills.</li><li>Experience with NGOs, education, or tech sectors (preferred, not mandatory).</li></ul>Job Type: FreelancePay: &#8377;150.00 - &#8377;200.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable working in late evenings?</li><li>Do you have a Laptop and stable internet connectivity?</li><li>Are you available to join immediately?
