Be the friendly, welcoming presence on the casino floor keeping the energy high and beverage service flowing. As a Casino Beverage Server, you'll create memorable guest experiences by delivering prompt, attentive service while ensuring responsible beverage practices.</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you bring to the table</b></h1><ul><li>
Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.</li><li>
Provide beverage service throughout the gaming floor, carrying and serving drinks with tray service.</li><li>
Refill beans, powders, and air pot as needed to keep coffee machines operational.</li><li>
Keep beverage inventory and supplies well-stocked, restocking for the next shift to ensure seamless service.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary tray at all times for both guest satisfaction and team efficiency.</li><li>
Greet guests warmly and professionally, making them feel valued with every interaction.</li><li>
Stay alert to responsible alcohol service and communicate effectively with the bartender and team.</li><li>
Assist bartenders by preparing basic beverages when needed.</li><li>
Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.</li><li>
Process guest transactions including cash, credit cards, and comps.</li><li>
Handle and reconcile cash banks and ensure all sales are accounted for at the end of each shift.</li><li>
Occasionally fill in for bartenders during breaks or call outs.</li><li>
Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. (Other duties as assigned)</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

GED or HS Diploma preferred.</li><li>
Possess excellent customer service skills, be team oriented and self-motivated.</li><li>
Organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary.</li><li>
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.</li><li>
Must have or be able to obtain a valid OLCC permit and a food handler's card.</li><li>
Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with both guests and teammates.</li><li>
Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug free workplace policies.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintaining a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you bring to the table</b></h1><ul><li>
Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.</li><li>
Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and brand goals.
</li><li>Perform all stages of linen processing, including, but not limited to, collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading and unloading (washers, dryers and chutes), ironing, folding, storing and delivering.
</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of laundry machinery and laundry area.
</li><li>Maintain stock levels.
</li><li>Respond to guest service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
</li><li>Perform additional laundry services, as needed.

High school degree or GED preferred.
</li><li>Six (6) months hotel laundry experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
</li><li>Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
</li><li>Basic ability to comprehend English language sufficient to understand information such as labels and instructions and basic guest requests.
</li><li>Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug free workplace policies.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
