Our mission is to educate, inspire, and help patients live pain-free lives&mdash;both in the office and through high-quality digital content.We are looking for a creative, driven Social Media Content Creator who can help us scale our online presence across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.Your RoleThis is not just a &ldquo;posting&rdquo; job. You will be responsible for end-to-end content creation, from idea to execution.You will work directly with the doctor, patients, and editor to create engaging, educational, and viral content in the chiropractic and wellness space.Compensation &amp; Bonus Structure<ul><li>Hourly Pay: $17 an hour</li><li>Performance Bonus: Additional compensation tied to growth and monetization of all social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)</li></ul>As the platforms reach monetization and generate revenue, you will have the opportunity to earn a percentage-based bonus structure based on performance, contribution, and overall growth.This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow with a brand and participate in long-term upside, not just collect a paycheck.Responsibilities Content Creation &amp; Execution<ul><li>Research trending topics in chiropractic, back pain, gut health, and wellness</li><li>Plan and script short-form and long-form content (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)</li><li>Record videos in-office (patient interactions, treatments, educational content)</li><li>Capture engaging moments (adjustments, reactions, testimonials)</li></ul>Editing &amp; Posting<ul><li>Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)</li><li>Collaborate with video editor (and edit yourself when needed)</li><li>Post content across platforms with optimized captions, titles, and hashtags</li><li>Maintain consistent posting schedule</li></ul>Patient Engagement &amp; Review Generation<ul><li>Actively ask patients for Google reviews</li><li>Guide patients through leaving reviews in-office</li><li>Build rapport with patients to encourage participation</li></ul>Patient Interaction &amp; Content Opportunities<ul><li>Speak confidently with patients and request consent for filming</li><li>Help coordinate and record video testimonials</li><li>Assist the doctor during patient interactions to capture content opportunities</li></ul>Growth &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Track performance of content (views, engagement, growth)</li><li>Suggest improvements based on trends and analytics</li><li>Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats</li></ul>Pay: From $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Content creation: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Forest Hills, NY 11375 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
