 This is both an enablement and an execution role. You&rsquo;llenable teams by providing them with the environment and knowledge to run a robust quality program. You&rsquo;llexecute by performing tests where appropriate. You are a software engineer first, a quality practitioner second.

 </ul>
 
 What You Need To Be Successful
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 0-3 years experience as a software developer, Software Developer in Test, or a similar role.
 </li>
 <li>
 BS in Computer Science or equivalent, or analogous work experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in software testing methodologies: white box, black box, unit, integration, functional, performance, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Bias toward automation over manual testing. Proven track record automating complex software testing in real-world enterprise environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in proven testing frameworks, mocking frameworks, and curiosity to explore state of the art.
 </li>
 <li>
 Production software coding experience is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber, Karate).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and collaboration skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner), a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI), a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 ISTQB or other relevant certifications, a plus.

 Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align India&rsquo;s talent strategy to global priorities.

 Lead recruiting and hiring efforts in India, including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.

 Develop and implement talent processes that mirror and align with US strategies while adapting to India&rsquo;s market context

 Support the buildout of HR systems, processes, and tools for scalability and operational excellence.

 Manage employee relations, performance management processes, and investigations as needed.

 Oversee onboarding, HRIS maintenance, and data integrity.

 Collaborate with US-based teams to ensure alignment on strategy, policies, and programs.

 What You Need To Be Successful

 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a mix of strategic and hands-on operational responsibilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of India employment law, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting or leading recruiting efforts, including candidate scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to build HR processes and programs in a growing or scaling organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a global mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with US-based HR leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a global company or US-headquartered organization strongly preferred
