 Ko&ccedil; University Information Technology Directorate is looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer to join our Digital Solutions Team.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 &bull; Assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
 
 
 &bull; Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
 
 
 &bull; Support the creation and maintenance of design systems and UI component libraries.
 
 
 &bull; Assist in user research activities to understand user needs and expectations.
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
 
 
 &bull; Participate in user testing, feedback collection, and usability research activities.
 
 
 &bull; Learn and apply UX/UI best practices, accessibility standards, and current design trends.
 
 
 &bull; Support the design of visual and branding materials such as banners, infographics, and promotional assets in line with the university&rsquo;s corporate identity.
 
 
 &bull; Dedicated to automating design workflows and enhancing efficiency; strategically leveraging AI tools (Figma AI, Claude, Lovable) to manage the end-to-end process&mdash;from rapid UI generation to interactive prototyping&mdash;while utilizing structured prompt engineering to iterate effectively on user flows and UX copy.
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
 
 
 &bull; Up to 1 year of experience in UX/UI or digital product design (internship or freelance experience is welcome).
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with Figma and Adobe tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator (Adobe XD is a plus).
 
 
 &bull; Basic understanding of UX concepts such as personas, user journeys, and accessibility principles.
 
 
 &bull; Strong willingness to learn new tools, design methods, and technologies.
 
 
 &bull; Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
 
 
 &bull; Good command of English.
 
 
 &bull; A portfolio or sample work demonstrating design skills and design thinking.
