 Qualification
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or other related area
 </li>
 <li>
 Min 5 years of experience in HR, organizational development, or a related discipline,
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of performance management systems, job evaluation and grading
 </li>
 <li>
 Overall understanding of the core HR processes and hands on HR experience in complex organizations is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and data management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experinced in SAP HR module and performance management systems (OKR, SF etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
 </li>

 </li>

 Job Description
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supporting to provide required analysis for organizational design and restructuring studies
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing, reviewing and updating job descriptions and organizational charts
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting the implementation of performance management systems and following the annual performance management process
 </li>
 <li>
 Having the responsibility for each step of Employee Engagement and HR satisfaction surveys
 </li>
 <li>
 Contributing to review of job evaluation, grading systems and titles
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting the identification of critical positions within the organization and ensuring alignment with the Training and Development unit for talent and development activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Updating and publishing procedures, carrying out process improvement studies
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing monthly, yearly, adhoc reports and in line with the outputs improve all related HR processes and systems
 </li>

 Administrative Assistant is going to provide support to the academic and administrative processes of the faculty and to the Academic Coordinator by developing innovative methods when necessary.

 Providing necessary support for the activities of the faculty within the framework of EQUIS and AACSB accreditation standards

 Organizing annual meetings with the International Advisory Board and maintaining the necessary communication

 Regulation of faculty web and social media pages and keeping content updated and bi-annual newsletter preparation
