Urgent Hiring!!!Job Title: Purchase ExecutiveCompany: Kochra Realty Location: Bandra West, Mumbai Industry: Real Estate / Construction Experience Required: 2&ndash;5 years Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction ManagementKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage procurement of construction materials and services as per project timelines and quality standards.</li><li>Read, interpret, and cross-check AutoCAD drawings for civil, RCC, and MEP works.</li><li>Use Superimpose software to overlay architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for conflict resolution.</li><li>Coordinate with RCC consultants, MEP contractors, and liaisoning architects/consultants to ensure technical clarity and timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Prepare and issue purchase orders; maintain procurement records and inventory tracking.</li><li>Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate for cost-effective procurement.</li><li>Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.</li><li>Assist project management team in comparing BOQs with working drawings to avoid discrepancies.</li><li>Support in the preparation of tender documents and vendor selection.</li><li>Coordinate with the finance team for invoice processing and payments.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and Superimpose (or similar overlay drawing software).</li><li>Good understanding of RCC structures, MEP systems, and construction materials.</li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Excellent coordination and communication abilities with consultants and internal teams.</li><li>Basic understanding of local municipal and regulatory liaising processes.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and procurement software tools.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience in a real estate or construction company.</li><li>Knowledge of DCR (Development Control Regulations) and local construction norms in Mumbai.</li><li>Familiarity with BOQs, tender processes, and contract documentation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
