This position is perfect for someone looking to contribute their office management expertise in a flexible, part-time capacity while gaining valuable experience in administrative and customer support functions.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Handle incoming calls via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courteous phone etiquette.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to emails, inquiries, and client requests.</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality communication.</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices.</li><li>Support front desk operations virtually by managing appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-up communications.</li><li>Coordinate office management duties such as organizing files, maintaining digital records, and supporting personal assistant tasks as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Workspace applications.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong computer literacy including data entry, typing speed, and familiarity with office equipment like multi-line phone systems and using multiple softwares</li><li>Experience with customer service or customer support roles demonstrating excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.</li><li>Ability to work independently with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
