 The Logistics Coordinator manages the end-to-end movement of materials and equipment for complex industrial projects. This role ensures every shipment&mdash;from oversized cargo to international freight&mdash;meets cost, schedule, and compliance goals. Ideal for logistics professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including oversized and project cargo.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify project scope, carrier requirements, and documentation accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange transport sequences, load-outs, and carrier tenders within TMS systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and maintain shipping documents (BOL, PL, CI) and upload to shared drives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage purchase orders, verify carrier invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support ship-loose gathering, packing, and inspection of incoming materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with project managers, suppliers, and carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct logistics tracking and maintain compliance with USDOT and international regulations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in domestic and international freight logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of USDOT regulations and oversized load permitting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient with TMS, MRP, and Microsoft Office applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Incoterms, load planning, and freight documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to travel up to 50% as needed for project support.
 </li>
