</h3>We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through strong B2B sales execution. This individual contributor role focuses on owning the complete sales cycle, building lasting client relationships, and expanding our presence within the fintech space.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Key Responsibilities
</h3><ul><li>Revenue &amp; Client Acquisition
 
Execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets. Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across mid-to-large organizations.
</li><li>B2B Sales Execution
 
Manage complex sales discussions with key decision-makers across finance, operations, and leadership teams. Effectively present our fintech and expense management solutions to address customer needs.
</li><li>End-to-End Sales Ownership
 
Take complete ownership of the sales process&acirc;&euro;&rdquo;from prospecting and lead qualification to solution demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closure. Ensure a smooth transition post-sale and maintain ongoing client engagement.
</li><li>Account Growth &amp; Retention
 
Build strong relationships with existing clients to support renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Focus on long-term value creation and customer satisfaction.
</li><li>Market &amp; Competitive Insight
 
Stay informed about industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration
 
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on lead generation, feedback, and solution positioning. Support campaigns and initiatives that improve lead quality and conversion rates.
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Requirements
</h3><ul><li>3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations.
</li><li>Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
</li><li>Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, and negotiations.
</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
</li><li>Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based solutions is highly preferred.
</li><li>Familiarity with expense management or financial products is an advantage.
</li><li>High level of ownership, self-discipline, and ability to work independently.
</li><li>Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.</li></ul></div>
