Earn between $78,000 and $85,000 annually, dependent on experience;Exempt position with Bonus Opportunities!

Who you are:

You enjoy being at the fore-front of marketing and sales. The DCR is responsible for developing and increasing occupancy levels and high-quality census through actively campaigning to sell the Community&rsquo;s outstanding senior living options and living standards.

What you'll do:
<ul>
<li>Be the community leader responsible for providing the highest level of customer service including building a prospect base, responding to inquiries, generating and giving community tours, and performing purposeful follow-up</li>
<li>Coordinates the annual and monthly marketing action plans</li>
<li>Maintains census rates and inquiry history</li>
<li>Maintains marketing collateral</li>
<li>Coordinates for all move-ins</li>
<li>Maintains the mailing and follow-up calls with customers and referrals</li>
<li>Completes a weekly marketing report</li>
<li>Maintains Guest and Showrooms</li>
<li>Communicates regularly with department managers, community leaders, and other marketing staff</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Sales and marketing experience</li>
<li>Experience working in the senior living industry is preferred</li>
<li>Effective leader who loves working with seniors</li>
<li>Team-focused individual with a deep commitment to customer service</li>
<li>Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public</li>
