The Role</b></h2><p>
We are hiring a high-performing <b>Enterprise Account Executive</b> to drive net-new growth across the United States.</p><p>
This role is designed for someone who has successfully sold into complex, operationally intensive industries, including:</p><ul><li><p>

You understand how these industries operate, where automation creates measurable ROI, and how to navigate complex enterprise buying processes.</p><p>
This is a true <b>hunter role</b> for someone with a founder&rsquo;s mindset &mdash; building pipeline from scratch, closing complex enterprise deals, and helping refine go-to-market strategy in a fast-moving startup environment.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Territory &amp; Market Development</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Own and execute a strategic plan to identify, engage, and close enterprise accounts across the U.S.</p></li><li><p>
Prioritize accounts within manufacturing, energy, logistics, healthcare, and financial services</p></li><li><p>
Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry networking, executive outreach, and partnerships</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Enterprise Engagement</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Lead consultative discovery conversations with CIOs, COOs, Heads of Operations, Automation, and Digital Transformation</p></li><li><p>
Leverage your understanding of industry-specific workflows, compliance requirements, and operational challenges</p></li><li><p>
Develop multi-threaded relationships across large enterprises and expand influence across business units</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Sales Execution</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including technical validation, proof of value, procurement, and executive approvals</p></li><li><p>
Deliver tailored demonstrations and business cases aligned to operational and financial impact</p></li><li><p>
Partner closely with Solutions, Product, and Customer Success for seamless execution and long-term growth</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Revenue Ownership</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Own and exceed quota</p></li><li><p>
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting</p></li><li><p>
Ensure strong CRM hygiene and visibility into deal progression</p></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li><p>
5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience (SaaS, automation, AI, or enterprise platforms)</p></li><li><p>
Demonstrated success selling into <b>manufacturing, energy, logistics, healthcare, or financial services</b></p></li><li><p>
Proven ability to navigate complex buying committees and regulated environments</p></li><li><p>
Track record of building pipeline independently and closing net-new enterprise logos</p></li><li><p>
Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills</p></li><li><p>
Experience managing long, strategic sales cycles</p></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li><p>
Background in automation, RPA, AI, or digital transformation technologies</p></li><li><p>
Experience selling into highly regulated or operationally intensive industries</p></li><li><p>
Prior startup experience in a high-growth environment</p></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
