We're seeking a passionate andDetail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to bring fresh ideas, strong visual storytelling, andStrategic thinking to our projects.Key Responsibilities:&#9679; Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative assets across digital and print media.&#9679; Develop compelling visual content for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, packaging, and advertising.&#9679; Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and account managers to deliver client-ready designs.&#9679; Manage multiple design projects from brief to delivery, ensuring high quality and consistency.&#9679; Provide design direction and constructive feedback to junior designers (if applicable).&#9679; Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure fresh and innovative output.&#9679; Participate in brainstorming and creative review sessions with internal teams and clients.Requirements:&#9679; 3-4 years of professional experience in a creative or advertising agency environment.&#9679; Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work across digital and print mediums.&#9679; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).&#9679; Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools (Figma or Adobe XD preferred).&#9679; Excellent time-management and multitasking skills.&#9679; Strong visual communication and typography skills.&#9679; Ability to take initiative and work independently or as part of a team.Nice to Have:&#9679; Experience in healthcare, Education and lifestyle brands&#9679; Animation/motion graphic skills.&#9679; Basic knowledge of video editing software.&#9679; Experience managing client presentations or briefs.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
