We're looking for a versatile Motion graphic designer and Video Editor who can bring static ideas to life through creative visuals and dynamic motion.Job Summary:As a Video Editor &amp; Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging video content and motion graphics for social media, digital ads, brand films, explainer videos, and campaign assets. You will collaborate with the creative team to develop content that is visually compelling, brand-aligned, and performance-driven.Key Responsibilities:Video Editing<ul><li>Edit raw video footage into polished short-form and long-form videos.</li><li>Apply transitions, sound effects, background scores, voice-overs, and subtitles.</li><li>Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and message across content.</li><li>Adapt videos into various formats (horizontal, vertical, square) for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Meta Ads, etc.).</li><li>Maintain well-organized project files and backups.</li></ul>Motion Graphics and Animation<ul><li>Design motion graphics elements like intros, animated titles, logo reveals, lower-thirds, etc.</li><li>Create explainer videos, infographics, and animated social ads.</li><li>Use After Effects (or similar tools) for advanced animation techniques and compositing.</li></ul>Creative Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with copywriters, designers, art directors, and marketing teams.</li><li>Interpret creative briefs and contribute to brainstorming sessions.</li><li>Suggest creative ways to enhance storytelling through video and motion.</li></ul>Requirements:Technical Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.</li><li>Knowledge of Illustrator, Audition, DaVinci Resolve, or other editing tools is a plus.</li><li>Understanding of different video formats, codecs, and exporting for web/social.</li></ul>Experience and Portfolio<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling, editing styles, and motion skills.</li><li>Experience working in an agency or with multiple brands is preferred.</li></ul>Other Skills<ul><li>Strong visual and aesthetic sense.</li><li>Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
