<div>About the Role
In this role, you will be the expert in store operational processes, supervising store operations while working alongside and leading associates to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency. You will teach, coach, develop and supervise associates while completing all operational processes focused on consistent execution and operational efficiency.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Execute sound operational processes including freight unload, receiving, processing product, stockroom management and omni channel fulfillment</li><li>
Support inventory accuracy by timely and accurate completion of all required merchandise disposition practices</li><li>
Maintain appropriate levels of product on the sales floor by processing incoming freight, managing an accurate stockroom and directing floor replenishment as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes</li><li>
Support the training processes for new hires on the operations team, ensuring associates are skilled on process best practices, proper inventory procedures, productivity standards and how to leverage Kohl&rsquo;s tools and resources</li><li>
Support and partner with the merchandising team in store on merchandising incoming product, ensuring partnership on product placement and brand standards</li></ul>

Monitoring and adjusting resources as the business dictates to support customer needs and workload demands when assigned by a store executive as leader on duty</li><li>
Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed business decisions that drive overall store results</li><li>
Accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes</li><li>
Training, monitoring and reinforcing company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines</li><li>
Maintaining adherence to company safety policies for the safety of all associates and customers</li><li>
Key holder responsibilities include opening and closing store processes, and providing direction to associates</li><li>
Other responsibilities as assigned</li></ul>
What Skills You Have
Required<ul><li>
Must be at least 18 years of age or older</li><li>
Experience supervising teams or associates to include the responsibility for coaching to achieve daily goals</li><li>
Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
2 years experience in retail or similar industry</li></ul>

As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to showcase your business acumen while solving HR challenges. Whether you use data to provide critical insights, build relationships with business partners, or develop a talent strategy, you will support the business and improve process efficiencies.
This project-based rotational program is designed to expose you to key Human Resources pillars and give you an immersive experience of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts and initiatives. While this program is project-based, it is also designed as a cohort in which you and your fellow interns will collaborate and partner throughout your rotational experience. This internship will allow you to explore all parts of HR, provide you the opportunity to develop holistically as a future HR professional and make lasting connections across all of Human Resources.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Collaborate with all areas of HR during different rotations</li><li>
Analyze data to provide business insights throughout the organization</li><li>
Conduct project work related to each of the rotational stops, including individual and group project work</li><li>
Learn and utilize various HR applications such as Workday, Phenom and Glint</li><li>
Participate in department, company and intern events such as a bus tour, Brewers game, volunteer event and more</li><li>
Typical internship rotations include Human Resource Business Partner, Compensation and Benefits and Talent Acquisition</li></ul>
