Part-Time Truck Unloader (Required 6am Start)

<div>This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You&rsquo;ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As a Centralized Staffing Specialist, you will execute the hourly staffing strategy to ensure locations have the appropriate staff to meet business objectives and increase employee engagement.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to move candidates through the hiring process</li><li>
Provide daily work progress updates to the Team Lead</li><li>
Follow best practices in communication, hiring, and processes to achieve staffing goals</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality with all candidate records and information</li><li>
Update communication and documentation within the ATS</li><li>
Ensure applications are complete and candidates follow the correct hiring process in the ATS</li><li>
Communicate effectively with candidates and peers throughout the hiring process</li><li>
Support and promote Kohl&rsquo;s hourly staffing strategy</li><li>
Review applicants, create job requisitions, and process offers for multiple locations daily</li><li>
Additional tasks may be assigned</li></ul>
What Skills You Have
Required<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Ability to quickly react and change direction as needed</li><li>
Attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information regarding candidates</li><li>
Ability to work with multiple computer screens and knowledge of computer systems such as Google</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience</li><li>
Previous HR experience</li><li>
Prior retail experience and or high-volume recruiting</li><li>
Working knowledge of Workday</li><li>

In this role, you will assist in creating compelling original prints, patterns and graphics.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Support the design and development of seasonal art concepts</li><li>
Work with Design to develop concept board art needs for milestone meetings</li><li>
Apply seasonal results of color, print and pattern to future art</li><li>
Set up production-ready artwork within areas of responsibility</li><li>
Generate all post-production art and colorway revisions</li><li>

What Skills You Have

College degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, Illustration or related field</li><li>
