Our Account Management team owns and manages our restaurant relationships. As a Junior Account Manager, you will support in managing and growing our partner restaurant accounts. You will assist in daily communication, coordination, and follow-up with partners to ensure they receive the support they need. This role is ideal for someone early in their account management career who is proactive, eager to learn, and excited to grow within the F&amp;B tech industry.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What you will be working on here in Koinz:</h2><ul><li>
Support the Account Management team in managing and nurturing relationships with assigned partner restaurants.</li><li>
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication.</li><li>
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, advertising, product, and operations) to ensure client requests and needs are handled efficiently.</li><li>
Assist in responding to client inquiries and help resolve issues with guidance from senior team members.</li><li>
Help prepare account performance reports and share insights with relevant stakeholders.</li><li>
Contribute to identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.</li><li>
Participate in client onboarding processes, training sessions, and product walkthroughs.</li><li>

What you will need to fit in this position:</h2><ul><li>
1&ndash;2 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also welcome).</li><li>
Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer management workflows.</li><li>
Good analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).</li><li>
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and follow up consistently.</li><li>
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork spirit.</li><li>
Previous experience in the F&amp;B or tech industry is a plus, but not required.</li><li>

Sales Account Manager

<div>Koinz is looking for a highly energetic, proactive, and execution-focused Field Marketing Specialist to expand our on-ground presence across the Saudi market. 
This role is ideal for someone who thrives outside the office, understands Saudi culture and customer behavior 
deeply, and enjoys bringing a brand to life in the real world. You will lead offline marketing initiatives, manage physical marketing materials, execute creative activations, support partner onboarding, and build strong relationships with on-ground partners. This role demands strong communication skills, cultural fluency, and a hands-on, &ldquo;let&rsquo;s get it done&rdquo; mindset. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
 
On-Ground Marketing Execution 
<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and execute offline marketing initiatives across Riyadh and Khobar.</li><li>Distribute, install, and maintain in-store marketing materials across partner locations.</li><li>Ensure all offline touchpoints are consistently aligned with Koinz brand standards.</li></ul> 

Activations &amp; Events 
<ul><li>Develop creative activation concepts tailored to Saudi audiences.</li><li>Lead full-cycle execution of events: planning, logistics, vendor coordination, setup, and on-site</li></ul>
operations. 
<ul><li>Plan &amp; execute engaging, high-impact activations that strengthen Koinz&rsquo;s presence and</li></ul>
customer connection. 
 
Partner Onboarding &amp; Training 
<ul><li>Onboard new partner brands to the Koinz platform.</li><li>Train store staff on how to use Koinz tools, engage customers, and activate promotions.</li><li>Conduct regular store visits to support partners and maintain strong relationships.</li></ul> 

Community &amp; Relationship Building 
<ul><li>Build trusted relationships with partners, vendors, mall management, event organizers, and</li></ul>
community groups. 
<ul><li>Identify collaboration opportunities that can drive brand visibility and adoption.</li></ul>
Market Insights &amp; Cultural Understanding 
<ul><li>Stay plugged into Saudi consumer habits, cultural nuances, regional differences, and emerging</li></ul>
offline trends. 
<ul><li>Gather on-ground insights and feedback directly from customers and stores.</li><li>Monitor competitive offline activity and share recommendations to stay ahead.</li></ul> 

Reporting &amp; Performance Tracking 
<ul><li>Track the performance of campaigns, activations, and distribution efforts.</li><li>Prepare weekly field reports with insights, challenges, and recommendations.</li><li>Monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement, store compliance, partner satisfaction, and ROI.</li></ul>
Cross-Functional Alignment 
<ul><li>Work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations teams to ensure offline and online</li></ul>
efforts move in sync. 
<ul><li>Collaborate with designers, content teams, and agencies to localize marketing materials when</li></ul>
needed. 
 
Qualifications &amp; Skills 
<ul><li>Experience in field marketing, offline activations, events, or similar roles.</li><li>F&amp;B or consumer-facing industry experience is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with full fluency in Arabic and English.</li><li>Energetic, active, and comfortable with daily field work and in-person interactions.</li><li>Highly organized with strong project management skills.</li><li>Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging on-ground ideas.</li><li>Deep familiarity with Saudi culture, traditions, and consumer behavior.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields is a plus.</li><li>Willingness to travel across the Kingdom when required.</li><li>Self-motivated, resourceful, and passionate about building a brand from the ground up.</li></ul>
