We're looking for sellers by nature Business Development Specialists in Damam, Qaif &amp; Ahsa to join our amazing team. 
 
You will play a key role in expanding our partner network by signing and onboarding best restaurants. You will act as a trusted advisor to food business owners, helping them unlock new revenue streams and marketing opportunities through Koinz innovative solutions.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Be Working On</h3><ul><li>
Arrange and conduct meetings with qualified leads and prospects provided by the lead generation team.</li><li>
Proactively follow up with prospects and close deals with a high level of professionalism and ownership.</li><li>
Act as a brand ambassador for Koinz in all partner interactions.</li><li>
Prepare tailored proposals and offers, and lead contract negotiations through to successful closure.</li><li>
Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and operators, clearly demonstrating the value of partnering with Koinz.</li><li>
Communicate Koinz&rsquo;s value proposition effectively across multiple channels (phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person visits).</li><li>
Own and manage your full sales pipeline&mdash;from first contact to signed agreement.</li><li>
Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.</li><li>
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h3><ul><li>
2&ndash;4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar commercial role.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field.</li><li>
Experience in startups is highly preferred.</li><li>
Background in the POS industry or marketing agencies is a strong plus.</li><li>
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>
Self-driven with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>
