The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working with various stakeholders to implement solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.</li><li>Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement. Document findings and create detailed reports.</li><li>Solution Design: Develop and propose solutions to address business challenges. Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with business goals.</li><li>Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights from business data. Present findings to stakeholders and recommend data-driven decisions.</li><li>Project Management: Assist in project planning, management, and coordination. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.</li><li>Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates and manage expectations.</li><li>Testing and Validation: Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Validate and document test results.</li><li>Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus.</li><li>Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role. Experience in [industry/sector] is preferred.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau). Familiarity with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).</li><li>Certifications: Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.</li><li>Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
